Labiaplasty and Clitoral Hood Reduction

This woman in her 30's wanted to decrease the size of her inner labia. She had been having pain, chaffing and pulling of her labia with exercise, wearing tight clothing and sexual intercourse.  This photo was taken six weeks after an extended wedge labiaplasty. Her swelling will decrease over the next few months.
